You have reached the movie review page hosted by the author Tom Renz. On this page you will find reviews of movies that have been reviewed either at the local movie theater or by renting from my local video store. I will provide my feedback on how my family and I liked or disliked the movie and will provide a rating on the entire movie itself. I also provide a unique way to rate the movies. Because I've been involved with the HP e3000 Computer System for a number of years I thought its use with the rating scale below seemed fitting for the BEST OLTP Computer System and Open System on the market today, ranging from an 8-user system to the 3,000+ user system. See my Ratings Scale below for more info.

My family and I have made movie viewing a common goal of ours. Because of this goal we have agreed to attempt to watch at least one movie per week, either at the local theatre or renting a movie from our local video rental establishment. Because of this I thought it would be good to create a page that gives a summary of the movie we watched and my comments on its production, content and what I thought as a whole of the production. (NO, I won't give you the ending to spoil it for you.) Because of the frequency of viewing flicks I will attempt to write a new review every week and share it with you. All of the reviews will not be for new movies only but a combination of new releases and sometimes older releases.

A rating scale is also provided indicating my take of the movie and its overall enjoyment. Refer to the Ratings Scale at the bottom of this page for reference of each rating level. The ratings will be given in the ranges of "Excellent" to "Bad". The more HP e3000 computer systems shown the worst the movie is overall.

Ratings Scale

=Excellent

=Good

=Average

=Poor

=Bad

The above rating scale indicates how much work it will take to improve the movie in order to bring it up to an Excellent status. Being that I work in the computer field I thought that it would be appropriate for me to simbolize the amount of effort required by the number of jointly tied computer systems required to process the work needed to improve the flick. Each computer system is a Hewlett-Packard (HP) 3000/9x8 series computer (www.businessservers.hp.com) utilizing the MPE/iX Operating System. These computer systems are one of the most stable, user-friendly and high OnLine Transaction Processing (OLTP) numbers in the industry. Its uses in the world business environments include banking, toys, clothing, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, jail prisoner tracking, healthcare and e-services.
